TAUHU KUKUS

Yang mentah

Yang dah kukus

Biasa tak makan tauhu lembut ?? Yang kalau kita pegang tak kena gaya tu akan mudah patah dan pecah. Selalunya bangsa tionghua yang suka masakan tauhu ini. Sejak merajinkan diri masak lauk cara kukus ni terasa macam duduk makan kat restoran China pulak sebab ada bau minyak bijan dalam hampir setiap hidangan. Untuk resipi ini, kita kukus jugak yaaa ...

TAUHU KUKUS

BAHAN-BAHAN:
Tauhu Lembut Jepun
4 tbs sos tiram
1 tbs makan sos nampla
1 tbs kicap soya cair
1 tsp gula
1 tsp serbuk lada hitam
Secubit garam
3 biji bawang putih, diparut halus
1 tsp minyak bijan
Bahan tabur seperti hirisan daun bawang, cili merah, lobak merah, daun ketumbar dan bawang goreng.

CARA-CARA:
1. Panaskan kukusan.
2. Masukkan tauhu lembut ke dalam bekas tahan panas yg telah dilengser sedikit minyak.
3. Dlm mangkuk lain, satu kesemua bahan lain kecuali bahan tabur. Kacau sebati.
4. Siram kuah atas tauhu. Kukus selama 15 minit.
5. Setelah masak, taburkan bahan tabur dan hidangkan.

Kalau tak ada tauhu lembut, cuba ganti dengan tauhu biasa atau tauhu Jepun yang dalam tiub tu. Tauhu-tauhu begini tak berapa ada rasa, jadi kalau kuah sosnya sedap pasti tak de masalah dari segi rasa pada keseluruhannya. Angah Dania kata tauhu lembut tu rasa macam tau fu fah ... Oh ye ke ?? Nak cuba makan dengan sirap gula merah ??? . Ahakksss...dah asalnya pun dari kacang soya !!!!
