1 sausage, boiled a bit
1 cheese slice
1 bread slice
1 egg
bread crumbs

1. Flatten bread using rolling pin.
2. Put cheese slice and sausage on the bread and roll.
3. Deep in beaten egg and roll onto bread crumbs.
4. Deep fry over medium heat. Fry until golden brown.
5. Serve with tomato slices, carrots, salads, mayoneise or chilie sauce.

It wuz a weekend morning when everybody in the house woke up late..that excludes me! Momma is always early..Daddy was away at work. So, this is what I made for breakfast. The rolls were actually so stomach filling that the kids had their lunch late in the afternoon. Reason being...`Mak kenyanglah makan roti sausage gulung tuuuu tadi....`
The kids like I have to do wonders with the sausages to vary the recipes. But when my laziness took me over..habih lahhh..just throw bear sausages in the oven ...heh heh heh...
